Three steps, one email.

1Open the bot

Press Join as a studio and Start. Tell us the studio you work for.

2Confirm your work email

The bot gives you a code to write in the subject of an email, sent from your work address. Personal addresses are not accepted.

3We check it, you're in

We confirm by hand. Then you can invite up to five colleagues, who confirm their own work email.

Is my studio already included?

If your studio has a public careers page, there's a good chance it is: we read the job boards of over a thousand studios. Your roles reach artists whose filters match, with a link to your own post.

What can I do as a studio today?

Create your studio account, verify it with your work email and invite colleagues. Matching with artists is in private testing: joining now means being among the first studios in when it opens.

Will artists contact us, or can we contact them?

Studios only see anonymous cards, proposed for one of their roles. An artist's name, CV and reel go to a studio only if the artist says yes, and an artist can also say never to a studio.

How do you verify a studio?

With the work email: you send a code from your company address, and we confirm it by hand. Addresses like Gmail or Outlook are not accepted. The verification email is deleted once we've decided.

What do you keep about my studio?

The studio name, the contact email and the roles it posts. It's all written in the privacy policy.

What does beta mean?

VFX Job Scout already sends real jobs every day, but it's still growing: features can change, and new ones are on the way. Studios joining now are early users, and their feedback shapes what comes next.
